Seusstastic Addition & Subtraction Game & a few new crafty creations

I think I told everyone that I am obsessed with popsicle sticks, right? Well, the obsession continues..... Did you purchase those cute Seuss cups from Target? Now I know what I am going to do with them! I am going to make 4 games so I can have 4 groups going at once!  And now here is the subtraction game. My kiddos seem to have a really tough time with math facts but they have a tougher time with subtraction.  These can be used in math stations, for math practice before a fact test, for a filler, or even during indoor recess. My kids are ob--sessed with all my stick games! All you need is some cutesy cups, Avery 8167 return address labels & some popsicle sticks. Classroom Set-up Day 1 & NEW peace themed stuff! Oh & a FREEBIE!

So I had only one day that I could go into my classroom this week. After spending about 8 hours in there, I could barely make it home. O...M....G was I SORE! My husband says "why are you sore?"....guess whose eyeballs were rolling?!? They just DON'T GET IT! I am on a road trip with my parents right now. I left my purse @ a Bob Evans in Lafayette, IN. & discovered it was missing 2 HOURS later! Can you say....UGH! I caused us over 3 extra hours of drive time...I felt horrible! I was too busy pinning & eating biscuits & gravy..yum...to notice I walked out without my purse! So after an added 3 hours I am in Lexington, KY right now & am so excited to be going to the longest garage sale in the world! It's called the Route 127 sale...have your heard of it? Well I am going to look for books, shelves, & peace stuff for my classroom among other things. I can't wait! So this is why I only had one day in my classroom. Mini Office Privacy Partition Ideas & Free Printables

Last year I approached our HSA (Home School Association) for these:  Our HSA was generous enough to buy these for all of our first graders. We used to use Saxon Math & we got math privacy folders every year but we adopted a new math series this year....Envision (YUCK)! So before they even came in I was researching mini office ideas. I got my stuff from all over the place & made a few things myself. Here are some pictures of my mini offices.  These partitions are excellent quality! I didn't have ANY problems with them at all! This was a blessing for the kids who have a hard time focusing oh look there's a squirrel....I know you have plenty of these little nuggets!
