If you are a teacher, and you are reading this….I know you have heard of Airborne. I have been taking this since I discovered it was invented by a teacher genius. Um…HeLlO!!!! Who would know how to build up our immune systems more than a teacher?!?
Airborne recently released Airborne Everyday, a new product that I know
you would be interested in. Airborne Everyday Immune Support
Plus Multivitamin helps support your immune system and overall health
every day. This convenient
supplement is designed to provide immune support plus a multivitamin.
The hubs and I have been taking this new product daily for weeks. #amazing
Along with taking Airborne we have been trying to eat healthier, work out, and take better care of ourselves in general. Yoga is also on my to do list. I would love to add this to a workout routine daily.
I introduced this product to a new teacher that is filling in for the remainder of the year. One of the first things I do with new teachers is pull them aside and tell them my tips and tricks to staying healthy. Airborne, is my secret!
I was also lucky enough to go to a huge Indiana blogger meet-up last weekend in French Lick, IN. Guess what is in my teacher tool exchange gift? You guessed it! Airborne.
Airborne is giving away this amazing new product to some of my readers. Please leave me a comment below with your email address. Tell me what your trick is to stay healthy as a teacher?

I wash my hands a lot during the day. I also use a lot of hand sanitizer when I go out. I hate touching menus and atm machines.

Yes, elbow coughs! I wipe down tables each day. The children sing Happy Birthday to themselves when they wash their hands ( quietly) I wear a small hand sanitizer on my lanyard. Thyordan@aol.com

For me: Frequent hand washing, vitamins, and exercise/ In the classroom: Lysol spray, Clorox Wipes, & Sanitizer/ We also work hard to get the kids to elbow cough and wash hands frequently, but they often forget. ๐

One of my greatest things is to wipe my guided reading table with Sanitizing wipes immediately after the class with the child who is sick. I also keep hand sanitizer and kleenex within easy reach on a bookcase behind me. Also, I will open the window (even in the winter) for 5-10 min to refreshen the air in our small space.
Thanks !

Vitamin C and an apple a day. This advice came from an ER doctor after a repeat visit to her for the same illness. I've kept it up ever since and I must say it works.

I am lucky to be provided with Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer by my district. However, those are not my favorite go-tos. I really enjoy reading some of Julia Cook's books to my firsties. They love the book: I'm a Booger Treat Me With Respect. Now, they are using tissues properly, and less germs are spread around! If you've never tried one of her books, they are all FANTASTIC!!!

Hand washing is my go to…but I'm pretty lucky to have built up my immune system I think with 4 kids of my own and teaching for 11 years I'm lucky to not catch cold a lot. Of course, as I'm saying that I'm FINALLY getting over a terrible head cold that's had me under the weather almost my entire spring break! Finally getting well on my last weekend off ๐

I am always washing my hands and wiping things down with Lysol wipes. Not sure if this is a trick or just habit from years in the classroom. Would love to try something new!

I eat my fruits and veggies and take vitamins. I haven't tried this new kind you mentioned. I keep tissues and handsanitizer at school for the little ones. I rarely get sick, but I try to make sure I take plenty of vitamin C.

Teaching my students to stay healthy helps ME to stay healthy (elbow sneezing & coughing, washing hands, using hand sanitizer, wiping off desks, eating properly, getting enough rest, etc.) I also try to eat healthier, especially fruits & veggies. lshaffer43@yahoo,com

Hand sanitizer all day!! And I have the kids use wet ones wipes at the end of the day to clean their tables. Anytime they cough or sneeze, they need to get a tissue and wash their hands or use hand sanitizer immediately. And I lysol periodically when the children are not around.
Hannah Palmer says
I take Airborne 3-4 times per year after breaks and use hand sanitizer. I also have the students use Clorox wipes on their tables often.

Getting my tonsils out a few years ago was murder to go through but on the plus side, I haven't gotten strep once since then! Before that, I averaged 3-4 episodes a year! I also use Airborne as soon as I feel run down or if I'll be traveling on a plane.
